Borderlands 4 is a popular first-person shooter game that features a vast open world, a diverse cast of characters, and a wide range of weapons and equipment to collect. As of April 2023, there are a total of 13 active SHiFT codes for you to redeem in Borderlands 4, and these seem to have an air of permanency about them.

These SHiFT Codes were unlocked during Borderlands 4 Events, however, Gearbox Software and 2K Games don’t always give an expiration date with these codes.

BORDERLANDS 4 ‘DIAMOND KEY’ SHIFT CODES

These codes are typically released by the developers or shared by the community through social media or other channels, and can be entered into the game to claim the rewards.

BORDERLANDS 4 ‘PERMANENT’ SHIFT KEYS

Most of these SHiFT Keys are part of the collector’s edition and don’t have an expiration date. I will also post other ‘always active’ Shift Codes in this section. HOW TO REDEEM SHIFT CODES IN BORDERLANDS 4?

There are 3 ways how you can redeem SHiFT Codes for Borderlands 4.

In-Game – In the main menu or if you pause the game. You can find a SHiFT Tab in the Social menu. Enter the SHiFT Code here.

SHiFT Website – On the Gearbox SHiFT Site, you can use the ‘Code Redemption’ feature to claim your rewards.

Borderlands website – On the official Borderlands site, there is a ‘Redeem Code’ option filed under ‘SHiFT’ in the main menu. Here you can use the SHiFT Tile to enter SHiFT Codes.

Where to enter SHiFT Codes in Borderlands 4

Entering codes in Borderlands 4 is extremely easy and convenient, so simply follow the steps listed below:

• Launch the game.
• Once the main page loads, click on the Social option.
• Select the SHiFT tab (third from the left).
• Paste or type any of the active codes into the space allotted.
• Click on the Submit button.
• Head on to the Mail tab to claim your reward.

That’s it! Now you’ll be able to unlock free randomized loot using the Golden Keys that you’ve just redeemed.

How to find the newest Shift Codes before they expire

So far, many of Borderlands 4’s Shift codes have expired after only a few hours, and are posted exclusively on Randy Pitchford’s @duvalmagic. Following him is the best way to catch Shift codes that expire within 24 hours. You can usually spot one on Fridays in preparation for the weekend that will expire on Saturday morning.

Alternatively, the fan-run @dgShiftCodes Twitter account posts every new Shift code after Randy tweets them out.
