Kyohachiryu is a powerful active skill. At max level, it can deal 1400 to the target. It also has a 50% chance to deal 600 more damage to the target each second for total 2 seconds. If you are lucky, you can deal 2600 damage to the damage, which is a tremendous amount of damage that can easily dish out the enemy.

Levelling and Skill Up Priorities
Warning: You cannot use universal sculptures to skill up Minamoto. You’re only allowed to use his sculptures from the VIP chests.
Combat:
- Keep at 1 star until the 1st skill is maxed.
- If you don’t plan to spend any more on Minamoto, upgrade him to 4 stars now. If you only plan to use him as a secondary, then stop levelling him. If he is a primary, continue levelling as far as your purposes require.
- If you do plan to spend more, then take him to 2 stars and max his 2nd skill (or as much as your spending allows for).
- Then upgrade him to 4 stars and max out his remaining skills.
- Once you hit 4 stars, you can stop levelling Minamoto if you only plan to use him as a secondary. If he is a primary, continue levelling as far as your purposes require.
